At LUMÉE, we work hard to process and ship every order as quickly and reliably as possible.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. During periods of high demand or holidays, processing may take up to 5 business days. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and US public holidays.
Shipping & Delivery
Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:
Standard Shipping: 2 to 6 business days after shipment
Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors outside our control including carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak shipping periods.
Shipping is free on all orders. No minimum required.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. Tracking updates may take 24 to 48 hours to appear after shipment.
Shipping Delays
While we aim to meet all estimated delivery timelines, occasional delays may occur. LUMÉE is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect shipping information provided at checkout, or circumstances beyond our control.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional processing time and reshipment fees.
