We want you to love LUMÉE. Here is our refund policy:
Damaged or defective products If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at hello@shoplumee.store with a photo and your order number. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Lost in transit If your order never arrives, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we will resolve it immediately.
Change of mind As a supplement product, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. However if you are unhappy with your results contact us and we will do our best to help.
Refund processing Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
